DIFFERENT WAYS TO ORDER- which is best for you?

GENERAL PRODUCTION

After a brief review period, your order is released to the shop and follows the natural flow of production behind previously placed orders. Each unit is built in the order it was received and progresses through multiple stages of production. Completion time can vary depending on the specifications of your order, as well as the volume and complexity of orders already in production ahead of yours. Because of this, lead times for standard (non-rush) orders are estimates only and exact completion dates cannot be guaranteed.

Looking for faster options or a guaranteed ship date for your order? No problem. Bump the line and have one of our dedicated team members follow your order all the way through the process to guarantee that it ships within the purchased timeframe without sacrificing quality. This is a guaranteed, White Glove Service.

RUSH OPTION RULES:

Rush lead times are guaranteed in business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that curtain customizations (see below) may extend the guaranteed completion timeframe due to third-party vendor processing.

Production Lead values do not include shipping transit time.

STANDARD NON-RUSH ORDERS

Bookcase Doors (minus custom features)

  • Bare wood, no finish: Approximately 8-10 weeks. exact date not guaranteed, subject to change without notice
  • Finished painted or stained: Adds approximately 2-4 weeks. Exact date not guaranteed, subject to change without notice

Alpha Mirror Doors (minus custom features)

  • Bare wood, no finish: Approximately 1-2 Weeks exact date not guaranteed, subject to change without notice
  • Finished painted or stained: Adds approximately 1-4 Weeks. Exact date not guaranteed, subject to change without notice

Tactical Hall Tree

  • Approximately 1-3 weeks

Customized Options adds to lead times:

  • Mirror Glass Backing +1 week
  • See through mirror +14 days
  • Arched or Panel Backing +14 days
  • Glass Cabinet Doors +1 week
  • Glass Cabinet Shelving +10 days
  • Rush orders accepted, but completion date not guaranteed

Additional Information

  • Lead Times are estimated and not guaranteed
  • Cannot guarantee production schedule will match installers
  • Do not schedule installation until after receiving your order
  • We do not have the ability to perform unrequested updates
  • Production lead times fluctuate and can change without notice
  • All sales final after 24hrs / cancelations within 24 hrs are subject to 25% a fee.
